Cancelation Policy
Customers may cancel an order before food preparation has started.
Once preparation has started, cancellations are no longer possible because meals are prepared fresh for immediate consumption.
For food safety reasons, delivered or collected food items cannot be returned. Refunds may be provided if an order is cancelled before preparation, if the customer was charged incorrectly, if the order was not delivered due to our error, or if the customer received incorrect items or experienced a serious issue with the order.
Customers can request cancellations or refunds by contacting us by phone or email with their order number and order details. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
